COCOA IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Ivette Landino launched her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer at the beginning of 2009. Her clients think she has a magic touch in dealing with pain and injury management. She is an expert in body conditioning and posture corrective training. Her current client portfolio includes clients of all ages ranging from mid 20s to late 70s. Some of her fitness qualifications include L4 Low Back Pain Management, Rehab Training and Pre/Post Natal.

PERSONAL TRAINER

The connection between Caribbean and Eastern traditions is not obvious. But Venezuela is a very spiritual country. With our friends from The Art of Living, an international NGO born in India, we have trained nurses and doctors, even school children, in breathing and meditation techniques with amazing results. THE ART OF BREATHING

Get the blood pumping and feet hopping at your next event with our Salsa and Zumba classes. Dancing isn’t only incredibly fun in a group, but also makes for excellent aerobic exercise. Led by our incredible Zumba instructors Ivette Landino, Jose Ramon Betancourt who each have more than 10 years teaching dance in the UK, our highly trained dance instructors will have your attendees moving with a Latin groove in no time.
